General Collection Information

Collection

All individuals required to work on-site must complete the SATRE safety training. The preferred method is to complete the training online from your own workstation. Detailed information and the contact form are available at: https://www.voestalpine.com/stahl/en/SATRE. Once you’ve filled out the contact form, please send it to: satre@voestalpine.com. You will then receive a link to the online training in your chosen language. The training takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you are unable to complete the training beforehand, it can also be done on-site at voestalpine prior to entry. Please be aware that this may result in additional waiting time.

  • Buyers are fully responsible for removal of items plus all shipping and rigging charges.
  • Items are only available to collect once the transfered funds have cleared, and a collection appointment has been booked.
  • Buyers or third party movers must present an invoice to the on-site personnel when removing their items.
  • Buyers must complete the removal of items within the clearance deadline. Normal removal hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm (local time) unless otherwise stated.
  • Contact and removal information will be emailed at the time invoices are issued.
