Randy Koster – CEO, Apex Auctions USA, LLC.
Randy brings over four decades of unwavering dedication to the industrial auction, disposition, and appraisal landscape. With a career rooted in precision and a keen eye for value, Randy has become a seasoned expert in navigating the intricate world of industrial assets.
In addition to his extensive industry experience, Randy is a respected figure on the boards of prominent industry associations. He currently serves on the boards of the MDNA (Machinery Dealers National Association) and the AMEA (Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers), having held the prestigious position of President in the latter. This not only highlights Randy's commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends but also showcases his leadership and influence within these esteemed organizations.
Mat Koster – Vice President, Apex Auctions USA, LLC.
Mat brings 30 years of expertise in the auctions and machine tool space. Mathew's journey in the field began in 1993 when he joined a renowned industrial auction and appraisal company. Over the years, he has demonstrated his proficiency in handling all aspects of auctions, liquidations, appraisals, and machinery sales. His roles in leadership positions have equipped him with valuable insights and a comprehensive understanding of the industry. With a focus on new and used machine tools. Mathew is an AMEA certified equipment appraiser for the past 15 years handling appraisals in just about every industry vertical.
Jake Josko – Vice President, Apex Auctions USA, LLC.
Jake is a third-generation professional auctioneer & appraiser who has spent his entire life in the industry, having managed projects ranging from single consignments of one-off machines through complete liquidations for Fortune 500 clients throughout the world. Jake is a member of several industry associations. He is also a frequent contributor to industry educational webinars, enjoys speaking in panel discussions, and authors several educational seminars annually. Jake is the current Chicago Chapter Chairman of the Machinery Dealers National Association; he is also a Director on the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers National Board of Directors
